Hello,
My client did a technical upgrade from ecc6.0 ehp3 to ehp7. However in training and event management module , I am not able to save the participant list. when i click on the save button the program keeps processing and at the end i need to close the transaction from the task manager.
I have tried for several other courses for other employees but the issue still persists.
Please suggest any work around for this issue.
