WIP Settlement - Either the sender is already settled, or there is nothing to settle

Hello All Experts,

I am trying to settle the WIP via KO88 for production order and I am getting error / message. I run KKAX in Test Run I got value in it, I came back removed test run and performed activity in Real Mode. Now I went to CO03 to check the order, it has new status as "RESA - Result Analysis Carried Out" ( I believe this make order eligible to settle, please correct me if I am wrong ).

Now while doing KO88 I am getting error message as " Either the sender is already settled, or there is nothing to settle ".

KKAX -

Am I following the wrong process ? After this I guess I will calculate the variance and settle them. am I right ?

Experts guidance will be very helpful on this.
