FM for getting week no based on date & year

Dear All,

I am facing problem when I tried to get week no of January first week date for every new year.

I have already tried below mention FM -

GET_WEEK_INFO_BASED_ON_DATE

DATE_GET_WEEK

But in both of this FM when I tried to fetch week no for January month first week date its giving me previous month 53rd week no.

For E.g.

When I pass Input date - 01.01.2016

Instead of giving 1st week of 2016, its giving me 53rd week of 2015.

Is there any FM or other way to solve this problem?
