How customize y-axis chart format from minutes to hh:mm:ss using CR13 and Visual studio2010 ?

I added a Chart Ligne in Asp.net application, years in x-axis and minutes in y-axis(the average minutes). My issue is how to format the y-axis to HH:MM:SS format.Please see the images
