SAP Contact Center system environment

Hi,

I have the following questions about SAP Contact Center:

1.- The system uses Client? (Example, in the development environment, 100 Client Development, 200 Client Customizing, and 300 Client Test).

2.- The system environment is under ABAP or JAVA?
