Document on creating an prebuilt client for Android.

Hi All,

I've search the net but I'm unable to find a document on how to create a prebuilt agentry client for android with a preloaded agentry.db.  I found one for IOS How to create an Agentry Client for iOS using SMP SDK SP10 and Xcode 7.0 is there one available for Android?
