Create new custom tab in QM notification

Hello,

I need to create new custom tab in IW21- QM Notification for type IR(Incident Report). Can you please guide me where should I begin with? (Screen exit's)

PS: I have searched in the forum, but most of them talks about sub-screen. But I want new tab.
