does COGI takes entries from Manual GI and GR done using MIGO

hI mates,

i am doing goods issue and goods receipt using standard BAPI. need to check if COGI consider missing entries if any while posting BAPI or not

Imeaning thereby whether it considers imanual goods issue done from MIGO or Does it considers missing entries like storage location or batch for goods receipt in COGI
