Mobilizing Fiori for HCM apps – Over the Internet

Hi Experts

We have successfully configured the SAP Leave request and approval application on Fiori and it is working fine in Desktop (Intranet).

As per the requirement we need to access the applications over the Internet in User’s mobile.

I could see there is a document available in SCN to setup the Web Dispatcher Server for the same.

Currently we don’t have the Web Dispatcher available in our Environment for the SAP system.

My question is,

Setting up a Web Dispatcher is the only recommended solution from SAP for the Fiori apps to access over the Internet?

Or do we have any other options available to access the Fiori apps over the Internet in User’s mobile.

For Example, can we directly enable the firewall to access the following Fiori URL over the Internet?  if yes, is it a recommended approach?
