Program is terminate while running any structure related Transaction

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am working on ECC 6.0 EHP 7 and while executing any structure related transaction e.g CN41n,CJ32,Cost report,Budget report. I am getting an error as

A error has occurred in a generation program

Message No. OK033

Diagnosis

When you want to run a report that uses the PSJ logical database, module pools are generated for runtime optimization and memory optimization. This module pool cannot be generated since therew is an error in the logical database. This error can only occur, if the SAPDBPSJ program was changed during the runtime of your prrogram.

I already gone through SCN and SAP note but not find any response.

Any kind of suggestion appreciating.
