We are having a problem with bookings being moved to wait list even though the capacity isn't met. We have 1 course set up with min 150 opt 200 max 200, and no restrictions on the capacity of the location. We have 27 booked, and already 1 person has received notification of wait list. What am I missing? We have the settings as follows in T77S0
